How do I redeem?

How to Redeem:

1. Start Your Redemption
   

   • Go to our website and click "Redeem" on the menu bar, or tap "I want to redeem" in our website chat window.

   • A new screen titled "Start Redemption" will appear.

2. Enter Your Details
   

   • Select the platform you want to redeem from.

   • Enter your account PIN, your name, and your email address.

   • Click "Continue to Email Verification."

3. Verify Your Email
   

   • Check your inbox for an email titled "Your Verification Code" from mailer@kingofpalmsgaming.com.

   • Enter the 4-digit verification code from the email on the next screen.

   • Click "Verify & Continue."

4. Enter Redemption Details
   

   • Tell us the amount you wish to redeem.

   • Upload your Bitcoin QR code image or paste your Bitcoin wallet address.

   • Click "Submit Request."

What Happens Next?

Your request will be processed automatically! Once complete, you’ll get an email titled "Bitcoin Sent - Redemption Complete" with all your transaction details.
